The Clarity-First Foundation is a guided way to “get your thoughts out of your head” and into a structure your AI can help you reflect on. You’ll use simple prompts (plus optional short videos) to capture patterns, preferences, stress points, strengths, and blind spots—without turning it into a self-improvement project.

We’re not trying to diagnose you or fix you. We’re trying to understand you.
